Delivery Timeline
All our products are carefully packaged and shipped using trusted local delivery partners. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days based on product availability and location. Delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather or logistics disruptions. Conditions apply.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges range from a minimum of ₹150 to ₹250. Charges may increase depending on the order quantity, delivery destination, and product category. For bulk or B2B orders, shipping fees may vary with no fixed upper limit. Shipping cost details will be shown at checkout or informed post order review.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery services or support at this time.
Handling Real Flowers with Care
Our products consist of natural, fresh flowers, including exotic, imported, and regional varieties. Being perishable in nature, flower freshness may be affected by weather, distance, and handling conditions. While we take utmost care, customers should understand that natural variations in flowers and minor delays are sometimes unavoidable.
Shipping Responsibility
All deliveries are made through our own team or approved local courier partners. While we ensure safe packaging, Garden Valley Florist is not liable for any indirect or incidental damage caused during transit. However, we remain committed to support you if any issue occurs.
Support for Damaged Items
If damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping by our delivery partners, customers may request a return or replacement. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item was shipped using our local delivery partners.
- The customer raises a complaint within 1 hour of delivery.
- Photo or video evidence is provided showing the damage clearly.

Returns & Replacements
For eligible damage cases, we may offer:
- A free replacement of the damaged product
- Partial refunds depending on the extent of damage and product type
Note: We do not arrange reverse pickups. Customers may need to return the product at their own cost if required by our team. Returns are only applicable to shipping damage confirmed via our delivery channels.
