Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Garden Valley Florist ("Company", "we", "us", "our") at gvfshop.in. We are committed to delivering high-quality flowers and floral products. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Return Eligibility
- The goods or flowers were damaged during transit while being shipped through Garden Valley Florist's official transport partners.
- The product received is incorrect compared to your order.
Important: If customers arrange their own pickup or choose third-party transport not authorized by Garden Valley Florist, we are not liable for any damages, and returns/refunds will not be accepted.
2. Process for Raising a Return Request
- You must notify us by email at support@gvfshop.in within 1 hour of receiving the goods.
- Include your Order ID, detailed description of the problem, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.
- We will review your complaint and respond within 24–48 business hours.
3. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging wherever applicable.
- Return requests raised after 1 hour from delivery time will not be accepted.
- Fresh flowers and certain perishable products are not returnable unless damaged during transit via our authorized logistics.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is approved, we will bear the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect goods caused by our authorized transport partners.
- No return shipping charges apply to the customer for valid damage claims.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Only full refunds are processed for approved returns; partial refunds are not offered.
6. Replacements
If products are damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on stock availability and case review. Replacement is our first course of action unless replacement is not feasible.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of flowers and order processing commencement.
8. Non-Returnable Products
- Fresh flowers or floral arrangements, unless proven damaged during authorized transit.
- Customized or special bulk orders tailored to customer's specifications.
9. Limitations of Liability
Garden Valley Florist is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to business interruption, emotional distress, or delays caused by courier companies.
We are liable to take returns or offer refunds only if the shipment was sent through our official logistics partners and goods were found damaged within the allowable return window (1 hour from receipt).
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the competent courts of Karnataka, India.
